Comparison of Different Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems With Optimized PV Configuration to Realize the Effects of Multiple Schemes

Published in 2019 1st International Conference on Advances in Science, Engineering and Robotics Technology (ICASERT), 2019

This paper compares multiple hybrid renewable energy system (HRES) configurations incorporating photovoltaic (PV) panels, wind turbines, and diesel generators. We optimize the PV configuration for each hybrid scheme and analyze the effects on energy cost, reliability, and renewable fraction. The results provide practical guidance for selecting hybrid energy system topologies suited to resource-constrained environments.
